Frank Mulvaney
Frank Mulvaney is a consulting associate with The Chelko Consulting Group LLC. Frank has worked for Chelko Consulting since 2002. He is knowledgeable in a number of employee benefits administration, compliance and underwriting areas. Frank has experience with the vendor selection process, network evaluation, vendor negotiation and overall active plan management. He has been successful in actively managing a full range of employee benefit options for Chelko Consulting customers. Frank brought a strong set of technical and analytical skills to our firm and has used a variety of systems to provide sophisticated data aggregating and support to our customers.

Previous Work Experience
Frank came to Chelko Consulting Group from MetLife where he worked for over five years as a Business Procedures Consultant in their benefits administration outsourcing area in Detroit. While at MetLife he worked on numerous benefits related projects including the development of LTD billing systems, COBRA benefits training and internal procedural development.
Education and Professional Certifications
Frank received his Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communications from Ohio University. He is currently pursuing his C.E.B.S. designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Frank is a licensed Life, Accident and Health agent in the State of Ohio.
